Delivery

Standard urban delivery is a flat rate of $6.95. Rural deliveries are $9.95, and off-island deliveries (e.g. Waiheke Island) are $15. Oversize items over 10kg may incur a $15 delivery fee.

Yes, but only for Auckland customers. Call ahead before collecting — (09) 4767419 on weekdays or (09) 4767413 on weekends. Bring the credit card used for purchase and proof of ID. Delivery fees will be refunded upon collection.

In-stock items take 1–3 working days to process. Fragrances ordered before 1:00pm are sent the same day for next-day delivery. Back-ordered items take 7–12 working days.

Yes, for in-stock urban orders placed before 1:00pm Monday–Thursday. Friday orders will arrive the following Monday. Next-day delivery does not apply to rural areas, off-island addresses, or orders that include back-ordered items.

An overnight service is used, but please allow a couple of days as delays can occasionally occur.

No. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped on Monday.

No, PO Box deliveries are not accepted.

If you haven't received your parcel within 5 working days of the shipment date, contact them immediately — after that point they cannot take responsibility for the loss.

Returns

7 working days from the date of shipment, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories and packaging.

Yes, the original receipt is required for any refund or return — no exceptions.

No. Items must be completely unused. A mobile phone, for example, is considered used once a SIM card has been inserted.

Yes — the following cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Cosmetics, headphones, earphones, or similar accessories (hygiene reasons)
  • Consumables such as batteries
  • Final Sale items

Warranty

All products carry a standard 1-year warranty. Accessories carry a 3-month warranty.

Warranty works on a Return to Base basis — the item must be returned for assessment. A $60 deposit is required at booking, which is refunded if the claim is successful. If the item is found to be non-warranty, the deposit is kept as an assessment fee.

Manufacturing defects only. Liquid/moisture, dust/sand, impact, and other physical damage are not covered. Scratched sunglass lenses are also excluded.

Yes, the original receipt is required for any warranty claim.
