Instructions for learning in AVS 3010 series remotes:

• Arm and then Disarm the alarm using the existing remote or pin code then open and close the door.
• Within 30 seconds, enter the PIN code by turning the ignition key from OFF to ON and back to OFF. For the factory set PIN, turn the key from OFF to ON to OFF 5 times.
• Wait 20 seconds. If the PIN was entered correctly, the indicators will flash five times to indicate code learn mode. If not, start again from step 1.
• Press the lock button on the new remote(s). The alarm will chirp once for each remote to be coded in, with a maximum of three remotes. Please note that any existing remotes will need to be recoded at this time. Entering Remote programming mode will delete all remotes from the system.
• The system will exit after three remotes have been coded or after 20 seconds.
• Test all remotes to ensure they operate the alarm properly.
