We are now offering customers based in Auckland the option to Click and Collect their purchases. Please wait for our online team to get in touch via phone/email before coming into the store to collect your item. This service is only available from Monday to Friday (weekend orders can be collected the following week).  If you have paid by credit card, you will need to bring the card you purchased the items with into the store and proof of ID. Click and collect will be contactless and safe.

Hot Deal orders: All ‘Hot Deal’ orders are subject to availability. If the product is not available it can take longer than 12 working days and you are eligible for a full refund thereafter, prior to this, a 10% charge will be applied to the refund amount if the product is en route to us, as these products are ordered in specifically for you.
