Heatshield Protection Sticky Shield 3Mm X 1200Mm X 900Mm

This stick-on heat shield is the ultimate solution for preventing heat from radiating into the driver's compartment of your vehicle. The HP Sticky Shield™ is made from a dense layer of 1/8-inch-thick proprietary Kool Core™ insulation, which is then shielded by a rugged layer of 3 mil-thick aluminum. This heat shield is not only effective but also resistant to the elements and can be cleaned after installation.

The heavy-duty peel-and-stick adhesive backing allows for easy installation on almost any clean surface. However, it is not recommended for unfinished fiberglass or carbon fiber. Whether you need to shield your transmission tunnel, mufflers, catalytic converters, DPFs, turbos, downpipes, or exhaust systems, the HP Sticky Shield™ is the perfect choice.

With less than 1 inch of airspace, this peel and stick heat shield can still be effective. However, when used with 1 inch or more of airspace, it is capable of reflecting over 90 percent of heat. So, if you've installed long-tube headers on your Mustang, Camaro, Challenger, or tuner and moved your catalytic converter to an area without factory heat shields, this self-stick insulation is the solution you need. It can also be used to protect your Jeep's transmission tunnel or cat from excessive heat.

The HP Sticky Shield™ is asbestos-free and designed to be used under the vehicle on the floorplan, firewall, transmission tunnel, and more. Please note that it is not designed to be used underneath carpet. To ensure a secure and effective installation, use the included Cool Foil Tape™ to seal seams when putting two heat shields together and to protect the edges of the HP Sticky Shield™. This tape can also be used to repair any damage caused by on- or off-road hazards.
