Maximum speed is capped at 25km/hr by default, but it can be manually overridden by the user to reach up to 40km/hr. However, we do not recommend exceeding 25km/hr unless in a safe and controlled environment. The top speed, maximum range, and max load were determined in lab conditions with a smooth surface and a 60-70kg load at 15km/hr. Achieving top speed, maximum range, and max load simultaneously is not possible. Please note that our scooters may evolve over time, and certain aspects, such as lights, tail lights, and mudguard shape, may change without notice.

Hot Swappable Batteries:
The Mearth RS Series 2023 electric scooters are powered by hot-swappable Lithium-ion batteries. Both models have a charging time of 8-9 hours, but they differ in capacity:
- 36V / 15.6 Ah for the RS
- 36V / 20.8 Ah for the RS Pro
These batteries come equipped with six intelligent protection mechanisms, including short-circuit, over-current, double-over-charge, double-over-discharge, temperature anomaly, and under-voltage protection, ensuring safety and peace of mind during your rides.
Performance Driven Rides:
With a 500W Brushless Motor, the all-new RS 2023 Series boasts 8% more efficiency yet the same power consumption. Both the RS and RS Pro models are powerful and enduring, but the RS Pro offers a longer range of 100 km compared to the classic RS with 65 km.
