Mongoose Automatic Front Sensor Kit - 22Mm Rim

Are you tired of not being able to see the front of your vehicle or judge the distance when parking nose into a wall or other obstacle? Our front parking sensors are here to solve that problem and help you avoid expensive repairs to your vehicle and anything you may have hit!

With our automatic switch on feature, all you have to do is depress the foot brake as you approach a wall or large object while parking. The sensors will activate and as you get closer, you will hear audible warning beeps that get faster as you get closer. The sensors will switch off automatically 10 seconds after releasing the brake pedal.

Our front parking sensors come with an audible warning system that alerts you to the distance between your vehicle and the obstacle. At approximately 1.3 meters, the buzzer will start to sound slowly. As you get closer, the buzzer will sound faster. At approximately 0.5 meters, the buzzer will sound constantly. Please note that detection distances may vary depending on the height of the sensors and the type of obstacles being detected.

Please note that parking sensors are a driving aid and it is important to still take the usual driving precautions. The sensors may not detect all possible objects or obstructions. The audible warning distances provided are approximate and will vary depending on the type of vehicle, height and width of the sensors, and the type of object being detected.

Additionally, please be aware that when driving at very high motorway speeds or in rain, activating the sensors by pressing the brake pedal may cause the buzzer to sound briefly due to wind pressure or water being detected. If desired, an optional on/off switch can be fitted to control the activation of the sensors.
