Dynamat SuperLite is the perfect solution for vehicle owners who want a quiet and solid ride without adding extra weight. This bulk pak is 30% lighter and 30% thinner than regular Dynamat, making it ideal for those who want to keep weight to a minimum.
With a thickness of 1.72mm, Dynamat SuperLite provides excellent sound insulation. The bulk pak includes 12 pieces of 18"x32" (457mm x 812mm) SuperLite, offering a total coverage of 48 ft² (4.45 m²).
Dynamat SuperLite is made of a black butyl-based core with a 2 mil aluminium constrain layer and craft paper release liner. This combination of materials ensures optimal performance in temperature ranges between 14°F and 140°F (-10°C to +60°C), withstanding extremes between -65°F and +300°F (-54°C to +149°C).
Installation is a breeze with Dynamat SuperLite. Simply cut the material to the desired size and shape using scissors, a knife, or a die. Before applying, make sure to clean the surface from dust, grease, moisture, and other foreign matter. Peel off the release liner and attach the mat along its shortest edge, pressing firmly into place. For larger pieces, use a Dynamat roller to eliminate air pockets. To achieve a professional finish, cover all seams and wiring with DynaTape.
Dynamat SuperLite has a wide range of applications. It can be used on metal panels, partitions, duct doors, bins, and more in automobiles, railroad cars, buses, and ships. It is also suitable for ventilation ducts, relay cabinets, steel furniture, home appliances, computer equipment, and machine tools, among others.
